Victoria Cabot, Certified EOS Implementer, played an integral role in pivoting the May EOS® Conference, previously scheduled to be a live event, to a 100% virtual platform in under 45 days. Her contributions included rethinking strategies to deliver virtually, retooling programming to meet current business needs, and training presenters to deliver an exceptional event experience. Attendees responded with a satisfaction rating of >90%. Victoria was one of three EOS Implementers who founded the Conference for Companies Running on EOS in 2017.
